Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read through the following carefully before placing an order.

Orders and Shipping

All local orders will be shipped to you within 1-3 working days after being placed. You will be notified of your order via the contact details you provided and another email will follow after your order has been dispatched.

If you have placed your order and did not receive an email, please contact us at greeb@bahara.ae and we will get back to you at the earliest.

For international shipping, we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days across all major countries. The rates are determined by weight and location and will be displayed upon checkout process.

Additional legalization and customs fees may be applicable outside the UAE and are to be paid by the receiver.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancelation can be made within 15 hours of placing the order and before dispatch, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Once orders are processed cancelation will not be possible and the amount paid is non refundable.

Returns and Exchange

Bahara.ae will accept returned items through store credit only. You can exchange within seven days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in their original packaging with all the tags attached, except for Boardshorts, they are not eligible for exchange for hygienic reasons.

Exchange can be made with a product of equal or greater value and will be subject to shipping charges. If product is unavailable, store credit will be issued to be used on future purchases.

For all returns please email us at greeb@bahara.ae, include your order number and product names that you wish to return/exchange and desired size.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Bahara Trading policies and rules

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account
