Order and Delivery Process

Local orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. An order confirmation will be sent to your provided contact information, and you'll receive an email when the order is dispatched.

If you haven't received an email confirmation for your order, please contact us at greeb@bahara.ae, and we'll respond promptly.

For GCC shipping, orders will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. The applicable shipping rate for orders weighing 1KG and below is AED 45.00.

For international shipping, we aim to deliver within 7-10 business days to major countries. Shipping rates based on weight and destination will be shown during checkout.

Please be aware that additional customs and legalization fees may apply for shipments outside the UAE, and the recipient is responsible for these fees.
